Single Malt Scotch

Made in Scotland from barley, water and yeast, aged in any oak barrel that suits the distiller for at least three years but most is aged longer.

The regional differences of Scotch are the Lowlands, The Highlands, Speyside which is part of the Highlands, Islay (pronounced “Eye la”) The rest of the islands have traditionally been claimed as part of the Highlands although some unique styles of whisky come from Orkney, Skye, and even the peninsula Campbeltown.

We have a good representation from all of the regions.
